Energising Morning Smoothie

Serves: 1



¾ cup orange juice

¾ cup fat- free plain Greek yoghurt

½ of a medium papaya, peeled, seeds removed and sliced

1 teaspoon lime juice

½ ripe banana, sliced

3 ice cubes



Place all ingredients into your blender and process until smooth. Pour into a Manhattan Hiball glass and serve.
