Hibiscus Gin Sour

Served in a Ravenhead Entertain 20cl Cocktail Saucer.



250ml water

200 grams of caster sugar

125g dried hibiscus flowers

½ tsp Hibiscus syrup

100ml of Gin

1 Egg White

2 tsp Raspberry Juice


For decoration: dried hibiscus flower, wild flower petals



In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients apart from those for decoration

Add in a handful of ice cubes and shake for 30 seconds to combine the flavours together

Pour through a strainer into two Ravenhead Entertain Cocktail Saucers

Once the froth has settled at the top of the glass, decorate with dried flowers and petals

Serve and enjoy!
