Irish Coffee

 

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp. brown sugar

80ml hot coffee

40ml Irish whiskey

30ml of fresh pouring cream

Chocolate or coffee powder to garnish

 

METHOD

In a pan, heat the coffee, sugar and whiskey, stirring gently.

Pour the mixture straight into an Irish coffee glass.

Top with pouring cream – this should settle to create an even layer.

Garnish the cream with some sprinkled chocolate or coffee powder.
