Juniper Festive Fizz

Serves 10

Served in a Ravenhead Cabernet Set of 4 Mixer Glasses

 

INGREDIENTS

500g Frozen Blackberries

4 Lemons – chopped into little pieces

2 Sprigs of Rosemary – leaves picked

10 Juniper Berries

5 tbsp. Honey

500ml of Gin

1 Litre of Soda Water

 

METHOD

Dividing evenly, add the lemons, rosemary and blackberries to each glass.

Next, to each glass add one juniper berry and ½ tbsp. honey.

Using a muddler, crush the fruity mixture and fill each glass with ice.

Add 50ml of gin to each glass and top with soda water. Stir well.

Garnish the glasses with blackberries, rosemary and lemon.
