Layered Raspberry & Blackcurrant Vodka Jelly Shots

The recipe below should make approximately 48 shots (at 25-30ml each).

 

INGREDIENTS

Raspberry Layer:

135g Packet of Raspberry flavoured jelly

280ml Boiling Water

100ml Chilled Vodka

180ml Chilled Water

 

Blackcurrant Layer:

135g Packet of Blackcurrant flavoured jelly

280ml Boiling Water

100ml Chilled Vodka

180ml Chilled Water

 

METHOD

Cut the blackcurrant tablet jelly into cubes.

Put the jelly cubes into a large bowl and add the boiling water.

Stir until all the jelly cubes have dissolved.

Add the chilled vodka and water and stir again.

Pour the mixture into Ravenhead Luna shot glasses until they are half full and leave to chill in the fridge until set.

Repeat the same process for the Raspberry layer, pour over the top of the blackcurrant jelly then chill in the fridge until set
