Pumpkin Spice Latte

Makes 2 drinks

Served in Ravenhead Double Wall Latte Mugs

The cold weather draws in, and it’s the perfect time to enjoy a warm pumpkin spiced latte at home, instead of spending a fortune on take away versions from coffee shops!

 

INGREDIENTS

700ml whole milk

3 tablespoons pumpkin puree (seasonally, available in UK supermarkets)

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

1 ½ tablespoons ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons ground ginger

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

A pinch of ground cloves

120ml strong and hot coffee

 

METHOD

Add the milk and pumpkin puree to a saucepan over a medium heat. Heat until the liquid is hot, but don’t allow it to boil.

Remove from the heat and whisk in the vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, and the coffee.

Pour the mixture in to Ravenhead Double Wall Latte Mugs, and sweeten to taste.

Serve with Whipped cream on top and a dusting of pumpkin spice.
